Rooftops

Life is constantly blessing us with gifts. We just have to be aware enough to recognize them. This week I was given a gem. This year I’ve made an active effort to volunteer on a consistent basis. I have had the opportunity and pleasure to meet life changing people, an outlet to touch lives, and made memories that I will forever be grateful for. This week aside from giving out lunches as usual, we also gave out blankets. It really felt great to be able to have the opportunity to give the gift of warmth. Growth, for me is a necessity. I would say it’s everything I strive for. Everyday is a chance to learn more and more about yourself. What are you passionate about? What do you enjoy doing? What is so intriguing to me about this subject is that even though some things will stay consistent through out your life, there are aspects that are forever changing. The person you were last year, last month, and even yesterday aren’t the same people. Enjoy the ride. Pay attention. And most importantly… Embrace the change.

Have you ever looked back on a picture and be like ” I wish I would’ve done my eyebrows!!” ?? LOL! I was so happy, that I just took this picture to remember the moment. I’m all about moments and memories. Anyway. I like the way the sun was coming in the car and how it created a shadow and highlight on my face and I thought it was dope, so…..
