I was blessed to have spent another year doing what I love. This year has been nothing short of amazing.
I have found a new gym home where I honestly couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much to the team at the Forum Athletic Club. You guys are the best. I have had the pleasure working alongside some of the best of the best, and I am truly thankful. I am also extremely grateful to have been able to coach and train a group of individuals that not only support and trust in me, but inspire me. Thank you so much for allowing me to be apart of your fitness journey. It is truly impossible to fit a whole year into a minute, and I am undeniably HORRIBLE at documenting moments, but cheers to my clients that have stuck with me in times they felt like giving up, to the ones who made a decision for change, the accomplishments you have made both physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, and last but not least, the relationships we have built along the way. Everyone did not make the video, some are shy, and some aren’t on social media, so they wouldn’t see it anyways, but you are appreciated and loved. Thank you for making #TrainingWithKeisy possible.
