One thing that most people don’t know about me is that I am a closet book worm. I loooove a good book in my down time. I am in the process of moving, so I was going through some of my books to see which ones I wanted to donate and I came across “Who Moved My Cheese?” Now, I am a HUGE believer in signs and energy so of course I took a second and reflected on who I am at this very point in time. I asked myself a very important question….”ARE YOU HAPPY??” Honestly, I’m not. I looked down at the book again and realized that I had picked it up because I needed to realize one of the biggest lessons I had learned from it….


WOW!! Very powerful. Almost sickening. As true as it may be, we all get stuck in a rut. We develop habits that may not be the best, we get accustomed to certain things and ultimately become comfortable. Some people call it the act of adapting, I’d like to nick name it the act of laziness. If you want different results…CHANGE SOMETHING!!! Soooo…I have decided to improve my quality of life. The first step I took was I literally wrote down new habits I wanted to form. Studies show that it takes 3 weeks to build a habit if you are consistent. Instead of focusing on things that I DON’T WANT, I am only focusing my energy on what I DO WANT. I am going to call this journey #OperationTransformation. I am not CHANGING myself, just transforming into a better me. 

     I want to bring you guys along with me on my journey because I truly believe that everyone has room for improvement, and maybe some of my struggles, are yours as well. Screw waiting for New Years…I’m ready for a new leaf now!! I’ve set some short term and long term goals for myself, and I have decided I am going to document my progress here. Stay Tuned!!
