Leg day is my favorite day!! Here I am performing one of my favorite exercises. This is a variation of the dead lift. Great for your hamstrings, glutes, lower back, and even core. Decided to share this because I am kind of obsessed with glute exercises and I’ve found this one to be very effective, easy, and easily manipulated in majority gym settings. In this video I am using a 45lb bar with a 25lb weight on each side equalling out to 95lbs. I did 3 sets of 12. Try incorporating this into your work out routine at a comfortable yet challenging weight and see what you think!
